Meet Joe

Hi, I’m Josiah Murdaugh, the Joe behind House Buyer Joe.

I grew up in Orange Park, and I’ve lived in Riverside for the past 15 years. Jacksonville is home for me, not just a market. I know the neighborhoods, the streets, and the realities of owning property here. I began my career in real estate at 18 years old as a real estate agent and spent more than 12 years helping people buy and sell homes throughout the Jacksonville area.

During that time, I’ve worked with homeowners in all kinds of situations, from standard retail sales to more complicated circumstances involving inherited homes, properties needing major repairs, tight timelines, and financial stress.
